Prepare for class
Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to meet your instructor and get acquainted with the studio. Bring a yoga mat, water and a towel. Please note classes will start on time and no late arrival will be admitted.

Studio Etiquette
KEEP AN EYE ON TIME
Arrive 10 minutes prior to class, NO late arrivals will be admitted.
CLEAR YOUR SPACE
All you need in the studio is you, your mat, and water. Leave everything else in the lobby especially your phone.
SAUCHA
One of the 8 limbs of yoga is to be clean or the practice of cleanliness. It is important to have both a clean body and mind for your practice and for your neighbors.
GOLDEN RULE
Treat others how you wish to be treated. From your family at home, to the parking lot, to the studio. Practice kindness.
